This policy covers two apps: Spellpatch (free, supported by ads) and Spellpatch Premium (paid, no ads).
Spellpatch Premium does not collect, store or share any personal data. It has no internet access permission. Your game progress (levels, stars, coins and settings) is saved only on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app.
We do not collect your name, email, contacts, location or any account information, and we have no servers that store your data. Your game progress is saved only on your device.
The free version shows ads provided by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google's Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process:
This data is processed by Google as described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and the Google Privacy Policy. Data is encrypted in transit.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, the app asks for your consent to personalised ads before any ads are requested, using Google's consent tool. You can change your choice at any time in Settings › Privacy options inside the game. Users in US states with privacy laws can opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information the same way. You can also opt out of personalised ads for all apps in your Android settings. Choosing not to consent still lets you play; you may see non-personalised ads.
Prefer no ads at all? Spellpatch Premium has no ads and collects nothing.
Spellpatch is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. Ads are limited to content suitable for a general audience (maximum rating PG).
All game data lives on your device: uninstalling the app deletes it. To request deletion of advertising data held by Google, reset your advertising ID in Android settings or contact us at the address above.
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
